I am Marie Horvath, a professionally qualified Career Counsellor and Coach, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

About Marie
​In my practice, I take a person-centred approach, tailoring sessions to individual needs. I help clients identify their values, skills, strengths, and any obstacles getting in their way. We work together to set realistic goals so that you can move forward towards their chosen career.
My career portfolio spans across varying industries, ranging from manufacturing, science, sustainability and construction, to health and counselling. My passion for working in the helping profession was sparked when I co-founded and ran a Youth Leadership Program for teenagers in 2013.
Since that time, I have completed a Master of Art Therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Career Counselling. I have been working in the career space since 2019 after volunteering at Asylum Seekers Centre in Sydney as a Job Advisor. I am registered with PACFA as a Clinical Counsellor and volunteer as a Grief Counsellor for National Association for Grief and Loss.

I am a certified Morrisby Profile Administrator and Professional member of Career Development Association of Australia, Career Industry Council of Australia, International Association for Educational and Vocational Guidance.
