If you've visited my blog recently, you might have wondered is she still practising?
The answer is definitely, yes. My work has never felt more meaningful and rewarding.
In the last couple of years, as well as Career Coaching, I have also been working as a Grief and Loss Counsellor. So, in between career coaching sessions, helping clients prepare for interviews, and sitting with clients navigating life's painful losses, blogging has been bumped down the to do list.
To be honest, I’m also passionate about wellbeing, so my photography and weaving practices have been taking a priority over creating blogs. These creative pursuits allow me to be more fully present in my counselling work, where I show up for people who need someone to talk to and bounce ideas off.
That's the nature of the work I do. I put wellbeing of clients (and myself) first. The blog can wait.
But here's what you should know:
· I'm still taking new Career coaching and counselling clients. Whether you're needing to rebuild your identity, navigating a career transition, or processing grief that's quietly affecting every part of your life, I'm here.
· My approach hasn't changed. I’m compassionate, honest and offer personalised support.
· What I bring to our work together. I take a holistic approach to life and love helping clients navigate options. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate some of life’s hardest challenges such as changing careers or dealing with a personal loss. The two things are connected and having supportive people around you can lighten the emotional load you are carrying.
So, if you've been contemplating your career path, or needing someone to talk to about your grief or loss, I am here. You don't have to take this journey alone.
